I am so so so sorry that I have been MIA for a while. It was a very busy fall and then with the holidays I decided to take a little time to spend focused on my family. My daughter just had surgery to remove some cysts from her forehead and jaw, but I am happy to report that she did great and the cysts came back as “no biggie” (nurses words 😀 ).
I have a lot of catching up to do and what better time to do it. I think some new baby photos and some fall photos will be just the thing to chase the winter blues away.
First let me say that I think we may be experiencing a baby boom here in Michigan! 😀 And no one is more happy about this then I am. I feel so blessed to have been contacted by so many lovely families recently to photograph their beautiful new bundles of joy. I am going to TRY and get back on a routine and post at least a couple times a week. Feel free to email me or send me a message to remind me if I am slacking. A little motivation goes a long ways! 🙂
So without further adieu I would like to introduce Baby “B”. This sweet boy LOVED to be swaddled tightly or snuggled in a nice warm blanket, and who can blame him in the cold weather! Lucky for me he has a wonderful grandmother and Godmother who are amazing knitters/crocheters and provided us with some beautiful blankets. I also have to mention that this little guys grandmother truly has a special touch when it comes to her grand-baby. She was able to calm this little guy down in the blink of an eye.
One last note I want to make before heading off to bed for the night is that several new mom’s that I have met this year were given their newborn session as a gift. I truly can not think of a more perfect gift for someone then the gift of memories. These mom’s have commented that it was their favorite gift. If you know someone that is expecting contact me as soon as possible and the new parents will get a little something extra with their gift.
Thanks to all my loyal readers and I truly mean it….keep me on my blogging task my dropping me a comment. ♥
